Booking:
Bookings run from Saturday (2.30pm) to Saturday (10am).
To make a booking, please contact us and we can arrange all of the details with you.
We may consider short breaks and reduced prices for low occupancy in the low season.
Payment:
Our preferred method of payment is by BACS, although we are also happy to take cheques.
A deposit of £250 is required to book the property. The total rent is due 12 weeks before your date of arrival. At this stage you will have paid the full rent plus the returnable deposit.
The £250 will be refunded within 14 days of your stay, less any costs for breakages, repairs, or extra cleaning.
