PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a vehicle to the island, please be sure to book your journey with CalMac at the same time as making your booking with us. Vehicle spaces on the ferry are limited and are often fully booked well in advance.

Terms and Conditions:
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
Entry is after 2.30pm on your date of arrival, allowing us to ensure that everything is ready for your stay. You are welcome to leave your bags in the shed to the rear of the property any time after the ferry’s arrival that day.
Exit from the property is by 10am on your day of departure. We ask that you leave the property and its contents clean and tidy as you found them.
LINEN
All linen is provided, including a bath towel and hand towel per person. We do recommend that you bring a separate towel for use on Tiree’s beaches if you plan to enjoy swimming or other water sports.
Dish towels, hand towels and bath mats are also included.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
An Sìthean with the Storm Pod annex can sleep a maximum of 8 people including a child up to 2 years of age. Cot and high chair are available on request.
PETS
Unfortunately we cannot allow any pets on the property.
NO SMOKING
An Sìthean is a strictly no-smoking and no-vaping property.
CANCELLATION PROTECTION
Inclement weather can occasionally affect both ferries and flights to and from the island, and as such, we recommend that you use travel cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your stay.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note that, once a booking has been confirmed, you are liable for the whole cost of the let. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible, as any refund will be at our discretion, and will be largely dependant upon our ability to re-let the property. Again, we do recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself for any unforeseen possibilities.

OTHER TERMS and CONDITIONS
The Hirer shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof.
The Hirer binds and obliges himself to vacate the hired premises without demand at the termination of the period of hire.
The Hirer binds and obliges himself to pay the lessor in respect of any loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear.
The Lessor, his agents or employees, accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of the Hirer’s party or their property, arising in any manner out of the let of the premises, however caused.
The Hirer shall undertake to prevent any member of his party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to neighbouring residents or occupiers.
The Hirer warrants that the subjects let are to be used for the purposes of a Holiday.
